You should independently verify any number before relying upon it.

The Services, including all software, source code, calculator implementations, formulas, layout, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, FAQs, and editorial content, are owned by True Value Calc or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws. TRUE VALUE CALC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY RESULT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRUE VALUE CALC, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, INVESTMENT RETURNS, OR MEDICAL OUTCOMES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF TRUE VALUE CALC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
